SHARING ENTITLES TWO COMPANIES PER TABLE
Exhibitors are advised to inform Fair Coordinator once payment has been made by sending / attach a copy of the bank transfer and should indicate the respective fair's code number (NAME/TITLE).

i.Two sharing companies each paying half the amount (calculate half of the required amount).

ii. A sharing company is obliged to find a partner before registering (TTB shall not be obliged).

CANCELLATION FEE
It is hereby agreed between the Applicant and Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) that in the event of participation cancellation, the applicant shall forfeit 50% of the fee paid if TTB receives a NOTICE OF CANCELLATION Two (2) months prior to the event.

AND
In case TTB receives a NOTICE OF CANCELLATION in one (1) month or less than one month, the applicant shall forfeit the full amount paid for participating in the said Exhibition.
